It’s miserable to learn how utterly corrupt every aspect of the country has become. All the while, wagging their stinking finger in your face and telling us how we’re doing it all wrong.
A horror novel has nothing on this book.

I am glad I was able to listen to this excellent reading, after reading the book a couple times in the past. It really was engrossing and clear.

Learned quite a bit from this book. We really ought to appreciate how great things are and how terrible they can become.
Very frustrating that FGM is almost completely ignored by the west, in the west. Talk about evasion!

Overall, quite good. I wanted a bite sized version and got that. Could have done w/o the global warming commentary at the end, but that movement is where we are in our short segment of history.
