Historia
The secret behind France's astonishingly well-behaved children is here. When American journalist Pamela Druckerman has a baby in Paris, she doesn't aspire to become a "French parent". French parenting isn't a known thing, like French fashion or French cheese. Even French parents themselves insist they aren't doing anything special. But French children are far better behaved and more in command of themselves than American kids....

Historia
From Andre Agassi, one of the most beloved athletes in history and one of the most gifted men ever to step onto a tennis court, a beautiful, haunting autobiography. Agassi brings a near-photographic memory to every pivotal match and every relationship. Never before has the inner game of tennis and the outer game of fame been so precisely limned. In clear, taut prose, Agassi evokes his loyal brother, his wise coach, his gentle trainer, all the people who help him regain his balance and find love at last with Stefanie Graf.

Historia
Born to survivalists in the mountains of Idaho, Tara Westover was seventeen the first time she set foot in a classroom. Her family was so isolated from mainstream society that there was no one to ensure the children received an education, and no one to intervene when one of Tara’s older brothers became violent. When another brother got himself into college, Tara decided to try a new kind of life. Her quest for knowledge transformed her, taking her over oceans and across continents, to Harvard and to Cambridge University.

Don’t have enough words to describe this book!
Revisado: 11-04-18
“Educated” truly shook me to the core. It drew me after the 1st 20 minutes and since that moment never let me go. Tara’s story seems implausible yet it’s real and could have happened to anyone born into such a family. This book gave me enough food for thought about religion, education and family for months to last. It inspired me to research and deepen my knowledge in so many things. A true masterpiece!

One of the most moving and touching book I've ever read or listened to!
Revisado: 04-17-17
I'm so happy I got to get hold of this treasure! It's deeply touching not just because of the tragedy it describes, but also due to its incredible authenticity and honesty. I learned so much about incredible and hard work of neurosurgeons and doctors in general. Very well written!
