I absolutely loved this and can't wait to listen to it again. I learned a lot from it, don't sweat the small stuff. I'm going to work on my patience and try not to blow things out of proportion. Very insightful and just awesome. It teaches you that things aren't as bad as they seem. I'm going to listen to it again and write down some things to remember and try out.

Historia
Fumio Sasaki is not an enlightened minimalism expert or organizing guru like Marie Kondo - he's just a regular guy who was stressed out and constantly comparing himself to others, until one day he decided to change his life by saying goodbye to everything he didn't absolutely need. The effects were remarkable: Sasaki gained true freedom, new focus, and a real sense of gratitude for everything around him.

Really interesting read

That narrator did a wonderful job on this book. I highly recommend reading or listening to this book. It has made me think a lot about the things that I have, whether I need them or just want them. As a result of reading this book, I have started to get rid of quite a few things. I hope to continue to do so until I have many less items. I may never be a minimalist, but I plan to be able to enjoy the things I have. This book really helps to put things into perspective.
