Beyond the personal discovery and instant relief that Working Genius provides, the model also gives teams a remarkably simple and practical framework for tapping into one another’s natural gifts, which increases productivity and reduces unnecessary judgment.

"Fable" = Filler (No Value)
Revisado: 02-06-25
No value in my opinion. Narrator is good and adds a Sandlot / Christmas Story kinda feel to an otherwise useless book.
If you "have" to read it for work/school, start with the Model and Assessment chapter near the end.
Sincerely,

Historia
Most people never find their calling. They follow other people’s dreams instead of their own. Or, they confuse their calling with a job title or a pay grade. Or, they sit around waiting for their calling to drop from heaven into their lap. It doesn’t have to go that way. I would know. I found my calling in a toilet bowl - literally.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. it was an easy but impactful listen. There's a ton of wisdom in here and I will refer back to it often.
The sales script in chapter 2 will more than pay for the book. The coaching/leadership will turn you into the boss/mentor you wish you'd always had.
Of course, everything is always personal perception. but this book resonated with my soul.
