The vast majority of premature deaths can be prevented through simple changes in diet and lifestyle. In How Not to Die, Dr. Michael Greger, the internationally-renowned nutrition expert, physician, and founder of NutritionFacts.org, examines the fifteen top causes of premature death in America-heart disease, various cancers, diabetes, Parkinson's, high blood pressure, and more-and explains how nutritional and lifestyle interventions can sometimes trump prescription pills and other pharmaceutical and surgical approaches, freeing us to live healthier lives.

Finally a book for absolutely everyone.

loved it and will be buying the hard copy as the information here is 1,000s of hours of research, if not 1,000,000s.
Also enjoy Michael Gregers narration as he is an outstanding speaker as well.
If I could have anything negative to say about this book, it would be that it's a bit like drinking out of a fire hose. But thats why you have the 30 sec playback.
looking forward to the latest science.
THANK YOU Michael for all your service in bringing to light how sad, S.A.D. really is.
No more heart burn, no more arthritis, no more enlarged prostate, no more insomnia, and best of all, the canary has left the coal mine.
Sincerely,
Greg Schmidt
