Historia
For years, rumors of the "Marsh Girl" have haunted Barkley Cove, a quiet town on the North Carolina coast. So in late 1969, when handsome Chase Andrews is found dead, the locals immediately suspect Kya Clark, the so-called Marsh Girl. But Kya is not what they say. Sensitive and intelligent, she has survived for years alone in the marsh that she calls home, finding friends in the gulls and lessons in the sand.

Excellent!
Revisado: 10-28-18
Where the Crawdads Sing was one of my favorite books of all time! Interesting characters, clever story line with surprise ending. Cassandra Campbell did a grate job of narrating!
Hope for more of this quality!

Historia
Grieving the death of his partner, Theo Bosco has no room in his life for distractions. Though his instincts scream that he should avoid Juliet "Jules" Jackson, he can't seem to stay away. When Jules rescued her siblings, whisking them away to the safety of the beautifully rugged Colorado Rockies, she never expected to catch the eye - or the heart - of a cop. Yet as Jules struggles to fight her growing attraction to the brooding K9 officer, another threat lurks much closer to home. And this time, there's no escape.

Didn't want it to end.

Great story but ended where it could have started a new chapter. Hope for a sequel.

Thankful!
Revisado: 06-03-16
As my generation was being born, the brave one preceding us was giving their all so that we could live free! Thank you to those heroes and their loved ones who suffered unimaginably!
This was the firsthand account of such noble individuals!

Intriguing!
Revisado: 04-15-16
I thoroughly enjoyed the twists and turns of Tucker's Way! It was heart-warming while intriguing. I appreciated not being assaulted by vulgar language or unnecessarily descriptive rape scenes. I will search for more books by David Johnson.
