Historia
In this uncompromising investigation into today’s most urgent issues, Naomi Wolf uses her own wildly politicized pilgrimage—from New York Times bestselling author and high-level Democratic consultant to a journalist cast out from the elite political and social circles she once moved through—as a stunning narrative framework that is both chilling and incisive.

Well researched and insightful
Revisado: 01-18-24
She brought out a lot of facts I was not aware if but the most fascinating part was following the author’s transition from proud coastal elite to a more normal human individual. She is still in her search for truth and it’s changed her along the way.

Historia
Scientists have spotted holes opening up in Earth's magnetosphere, and now a massive, deadly eruption of solar radiation is hurtling toward the planet at one million miles per hour. With only three days before impact, the American president turns to two unlikely heroes: inventor Calder Sinclair and physicist-turned-news-correspondent Allie Armendariz.

Mediocre fiction from a great author
Revisado: 04-04-23
Michael Guillen is an excellent scientist and writer on apologetics and science topics. This work of fiction was just OK. If I hadn’t read Believing is Seeing, I would have never finished this book. The author narrated it himself, and would have done a better job, I think than Mr Chandler. The exploration of end of the world scenarios was interesting, nit the storyline not really believable. The theme that science is a two edged sword, and the religion of (pseudo)science motivating arrogant people to bring great harm on others, could have been told in a much shorter narrative.
