Historia
Ainsley Farmerson has always planned to break free of the family business—and the family drama. But what was once farming, smithworking, and bickering over the dinner table has turned into open warfare between sisters. Sides have been taken, lives are on the line, and Ainsley has no doubt which sister must be queen. She'll do whatever is necessary to take down the soulless Beatrix. Even if that means joining forces with angry battle nuns, irritating monks, and overbearing centaurs.

NEXT!!!
Revisado: 01-06-23
I impatiently await each installment from G A Aiken and The Heretic Royal did not disappoint. This author must expend a lot of time and energy to create such vivid stories. However, I can’t help wishing that we didn’t have to wait so long between each book. I’m eagerly anticipating the next release.

Historia
Luka Darkovic has some tackling skills. He hadn’t planned on using them to bring down a runaway dog the size of a Shetland pony, especially not when his neck is already buggered. At 33, a rugby forward protects his vertebrae.... He’s even less happy when the dog’s incompetent owner turns up in his hospital cubicle the next day with a plan to fix those vertebrae. He prefers his life simple and his neurosurgeons drama-free. And definitely less distracting.

So Good
Revisado: 09-01-21
Whenever I see that Rosalind James has a new book being released, I know that I'm in for a treat. Add Emma Wilder's narration and it's the icing on the cake. As with all of Rosalind's stories, Just One Look took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions. I smiled, laughed, and cried. Elizabeth and Luka were such endearing characters. I loved how they both blossomed and became more confident as their relationship grew. It was also wonderful seeing couples from previous books, especially Nyree and Marko. What a lovely surprise that turned out to be. As always, Emma's narration was perfection. She brings a story to life and is able to individualize each character so that you always know who is speaking. Wow, what a talent! I anxiously await every story by Rosalind James, but the Escape to New Zealand, New Zealand Ever After, and Portland Devils series are my favorites. Thank you, Rosalind, for giving us such heartwarming and thoughtful stories. Emma, it was a joy to hear that this book was produced by Wilder Audiobooks. I hope you both continue to bless us with your amazing gifts for many more years.

Historia
Rhys Fletcher is not in love with his sister-in-law. That would be a very, very bad idea, and he doesn’t entertain bad ideas. He also doesn’t lie to himself. Both of those things can’t be true, so he’ll do what he’s done since the long-ago night when his brother, Dylan, turned up in an Auckland bar after a brutal rugby match between their two teams, and introduced his new girlfriend - a dark-eyed, much-too-young girl named Zora. He’ll lie. Now, his brother’s gone, and Rhys is back in New Zealand and settling into his new job as the head coach of the Auckland Blues

Great Series!
Revisado: 01-01-20
When I saw that Rosalind James was releasing a Christmas installment to the Escape to New Zealand Series, I was so excited. I absolutely adore this series! It was suggested that you read books 11 and 12 to get the most enjoyment, so I thought I'd re-listen to both books so that they would be fresh in my mind. I'm so glad that I did. I loved both books (and all the others), but Just Come Over has a special place in my heart. Rhys, Zora, Isaiah, and Casey make you want things to work out for them.
Rosalind James has the ability to write characters that are so human and so engaging that you can't help but want them to overcome whatever challenges life has thrown their way. Her characters deal with real issues that sometimes make you hurt for them. However, the storylines never seem contrived, but genuine. Rosalind also has a wonderful way of injecting humor into her stories to give you a break from the heaviness of some of the storylines.
Emma Wilder is a BEAST! I am constantly amazed by the way that she brings a story to life. As someone who has come to love the duet style narration (see Amy Daws' Harris Brothers series), I am awed by Emma's narration. Her characterizations of Isaiah and Casey were outstanding. Each had a uniqueness that was wonderful. Emma perfectly conveyed the hesitation and uncertainty that they sometimes felt.
Although I've bought the Christmas story, I haven't read it yet. I may just wait for the Audible version to be released so that Emma Wilder can work her magic. Bravo to both of these amazing ladies!

She believes she has all the bases covered in her world. But what about her heart? Rap legend Everett "Big South" McClain is divorced, too, knows all about failed relationships, and has relegated his love life to casual connections rather than pursuing something real. I loved it!
Revisado: 02-06-19
I usually read reviews, but rarely write any. However, I felt compelled to share my thoughts after listening to this phenomenal book. This title was my introduction to Alexandria House, Jakobi Diem, and Adenrele Ojo. What an awesome combination of talent! The narrators were able to bring the story to life. I was drawn in from the very beginning of the book and found myself impatiently waiting for the end of the workday so that I could continue listening to the story. I loved the characters and the storyline. In fact, I bought the next books in the series before getting through the first half of this one. I also sent a gift of this title to a friend who ended up purchasing the next 2 titles, as well. Bravo, Ms. House. You've created a story that evokes many emotions, including sadness, anger, happiness, and joy. I thoroughly enjoyed Everett and Jo's love story. Even at 11 hours, I wasn't ready to leave them. I'm glad I found this book and I'll be listening to the story again. Thank you!

Historia
Sam Parker is a vampire with a gift so strong and substantial that she is invited to partake in a test for a place in the Grand High Master Vampire's private army. She finds that not only has the army never included a woman, but it has never included a Svente vampire; a breed that is regarded by the super strong Pagori breed and the hypnotically beautiful Keja breed to be too tame and human-like.

Suzanne Wright is one of my favorite authors. Her series are all fantastic and I eagerly await the release of each new title. I’ve read this book several times and was so excited when I saw it on Audible. I really enjoyed the narrators and the way they brought the story to life. I hope we don’t have to wait too long for the next story to be released.
