Incredible story about the best of humanity

This story was a compilation of individual stories from the passengers of flights caught in the chaos of 911 and the amazing Canadian community that took them in. I laughed, cried and was inspired. A must read for others.

At first, I read this as a feminist but quickly realized that everyone needs to read this. To understand rape culture and particularly how we are raising our young men. The impact statement went viral but this book beautiful and heavy tells the story behind it.

I'm among good company, people who day dream about working in the National Parks. Hearing actual stories of what this work involves gives great insight into the reality of the job. You leave with a better appreciation for the danger, humility, and technical skill needed and hopefully become a more respectful and responsible patron.

Great perspectives on life, leadership, careers

Really enjoyed heading all the stories about life as an astronaut. I learned so much about the behind the scenes support, preparation and research. Fascinating. Also especially appreciated the insight on "climbing down the ladder" and how humility and self-awareness have a huge impact. Great book!

I'm a big fan of Tariq's so listening to him tell his story was a gift. Really gives insight to growing up in Philly, becoming an artist and still having to overcome barriers and systems that must change. The music woven throughout is wonderful. Thank you!

As the daughter of an aging mother, I thought this book would help me learn how to support her decision making overv time. I didn't expect it to have so much meaning for my own life, the lives of my friends, family and even my children. I'm recommending this book for everyone I know.
