Gabbi Grey writes instalove well. I loved this forced proximity meeting between Ben and Isaac. They were perfect for each other. The fact that this tied in dickens from another book was amazing. This was short sweet and to the point. Forced proximity from a storm. fall in love right away and find a way to be together. Cute, steamy and an amazing dog. Michael Dean did great narration. If you're looking for a short and sweet listen this book is a must.

Sweet short story

I loved this story when I read it. I was very excited to be able to listen to an audio version of the story. This certainly didn't disappoint on the delivery or storytelling. A very good listen. This narrator was new to me and at first, I wasn't certain. However, he really grew on me and bought these three to life. I am eager to listen to the rest of these books and hear more about this group that is forming. If you are looking for a short sweet low angst listen with family and all the feels, this is certainly worth your while to check out.

Great healing story

I loved this story. I thought Noah and Dane had a great dynamic. It took a long time of healing for them to see what was before their faces. Overall it was a great listen. Once they realized what they had the dynamic was great. Jerry as a village enhanced the story and was a good side story. He really was awful but added to the plot. I loved the d/s dynamic plus the fact that the younger character was dominant. Overall great delivery and well worth your listen. Great delivery plus a great story.

Sweet Christmas redemption story

This was the sweetest story. Stanley learning about his half brother's death is brought back to his old home. Surprisingly he is left with his nephew he didn't know he had. Plenty of awkward moments with his ex and a lot of healing. He meets counselor Justin who he instantly falls in love with. Their is plenty of angst as Angus the nephew has fears and hurt losing his mom and dad. I thought the narration was fantastic and added so much. Overall an enjoyable listen and wonderful story. Had the right balance of heat, redemption and finding home. Check this one out for sure.

Cute slow burn romance

I enjoyed reading this story and later listened to it. The narrator really brought it to life. The story is very slow burn but still good. I loved hearing Reid come out of his shell and Maddy finding his happiness. This isn't a high heat listen but had plenty of humor to make up for it. Definitely low angst and relaxing to listen to. Well worth your listen.

Interesting primal story

I really loved the dynamic between Jag and Dane. Jag is feral and wolf looking for a mate, and finds Dane who's caught up from a bad relationship. He takes Dane as his property and mate. Eventually they do fall for each other. I loved the dynamic and primal play. Overall a very well told story that the narration really enhanced. At first there's uncertainty about characters and dub con, but this comes around and turns really good really fast. As you get to know Jag and understand how why he really is redeemed. I would say well worth listening to the audio of this and definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended.

Wonderful delivery unique story

I loved this story and concept. Two main characters of Ted a bear shifter and Quentin an incubus are paired and matched with their perfect match. Neither was supposed to be with each other however somehow the final contracts signed in blood matched them to each other. This book had so many mishaps and crazy moments as they fought to dissolve this marriage. However despite crazy concerns and things seeming like they'll never work they find happiness in each other along the way. This book came with so much humor and plenty of suspense. However I loved how things worked out. The narration was perfect and really added to the story. Definitely worth going for the audio version and checking this out.

Amazing Retelling

Wow this is a fantastic retelling of a classic short story. Michael delivered this performance perfectly. The portrayal of the story teller was creepy in the beginning and it just grew from there. As the story teller went mad he continued to really deliver and honestly narrated an insane character. The delivery really conveyed the story that Edgar Allen Poe told in a matter very befitting him. If you are looking for a short listen by an amazing narrator who really delivered Edgar's mannerism and style, this is definitely a listen for you.

Interesting dark story

I really loved the main characters of Jiao and Kaspar. This was an interesting dark world to find myself learning about. Overall I think it could have used a few more trigger warnings especially with repeated rape. This story though incredibly dark and not necessarily romantic despite its label as a romance was interesting to hear. It does end on a cliffhanger and I would listen to hear what happens next. The narrator was phenomenal and really delivered well in his story telling. I would say if you like dark and can deal with triggers it's an interesting listen. Overall 3.5 stars as it was good but not exactly what's advertised as a Mafia romance in my opinion. Still worth the listen if your looking for high heat and a lot of darkness in your listen.

Perfection brought to life

I loved this story going in. Levi and Jacob are the perfect pairing. I was super excited to be able to listen to it on audible and hear these two brought to life. This book had it all, it was witty, steamy, and humorous. Michael made all these aspects all the more real. This book is so worth the listen. Jacob initially comes across as the ultimate jerk, but once you get to know him and who he truly is he is absolutely redeemable m. At that he became one of my favorites. This book was perfectly written and perfectly delivered. Overall a must listen.
