Historia
Elf and Yoli are sisters. While on the surface Elfrieda's life is enviable (she's a world-renowned pianist, glamorous, wealthy, and happily married,) and Yolandi's a mess (she's divorced and broke, with two teenagers growing up too quickly), they are fiercely close - raised in a Mennonite household and sharing the hardship of Elf's desire to end her life.

Good story only too long
Revisado: 10-27-23
The story is good the writing is good the character development was great. The story didn’t grab me until chapter 10, halfway through the book. It would have been just as powerful in 12 chapters.

An incredible read-if you are ready for it
Revisado: 01-12-20
I enjoyed the narrator, his accent keeps you listening. I found Dr Dispenza’s message powerful and timely.
I started this book because I vaguely knew I wanted different results. I lost interest. After a period of pain and failure in my life, I realized I was regularly experiencing anger and resentment in a myriad of forms. Now I knew precisely what I wanted to change and I got very interested in his book. I still have not committed to the daily meditation but welcome my friends anger and resentment to the table to have tea with me whenever they appear. I’m grateful to Dr Dispenza for his writings and am looking forward to reading- and realizing more.
