Great content - tough to listen to

Interesting and convincing content.
I do wonder if the authors findings are self-proving because his thousands of patients he has studied have similar cause and affect situations - do these findings match labs of otherwise healthy people?
Still worth a lot of consideration though.
I only rated it less than 5 stars because the narrator was really tough to listen to. Had I not been so interested in the topic it might have been impossible to listen all the way through. The narrator sounds very robotic and either pronounces a lot of words correctly (which most of us commonly pronounce incorrectly) or vice versa.
If you know you're particular about narration - get the hard copy - which I may do anyways for reference.

I wish I had read this book years ago, but the studies I have done in the meantime helped to prepare me for the wealth of knowledge in this book. Even if you don't think you have suffered PTSD, there are many insights to gain from this workof many years of
experience.

Great for someone starting on a health path

May have repeat info for someone who actively studies and applies themselves in health and wellness but this book will be invaluable to most people. I've been on a very active health and wellness journey for 16 years and found much of the info redundant- but also found extremely valuable info and overcame my timidity of boosting my testosterone. I feel much more energy in a very level way!

Summarizes my 25 year health journey

I have been learning from my body for the last nearly 25 years and had I had this book then my journey would have been a lot simpler and with less pain. I now teach health and Wellness because of this journey- because of what I learned, and even wrote a book about Body-types and self-healing . I wholeheartedly recommend this book! It explains things well in plain English and science what is or may be happening in our environment and bodies. I appreciate that the author, a medical doctor, was willing to go outside of his conventional education and consider alternatives. I found the information very well-rounded and am eagerly sharing it with friends and clients! I especially like that the author emphasizes to eat gluten-free but this means to eat real foods not just those labeled "gluten-free" Yes!
