This book was designed to be listened not just once, or in order, letter by letter, but to be used again and again as a tool when you encounter difficult emotions and experiences, to help you feel less alone. It is based on something that helped Jazz Thornton on her own journey towards mental health. A good friend wrote her a set of letters, each in a separate labelled envelope. Every letter was specifically designed to help fight a particular feeling or situation, and Jazz read them all many times.

Jazz speaks with such genuineness. I wish I had this book when I was deep in depression and suicidal ideation. The words touch deeply and remind the reader that they are not alone. It is as if Jazz is speaking to each of us individually. You are not alone. Great read. One I will listen to again, and hope to get a physical copy of as well.

Refreshing and Encouraging

This is such an encouraging story. Los and Lex are candid about their lives, the ups and downs, and their individual faith in God. Though most aren’t in the public entertainment light (as they are), the advice they give on how to navigate life still applies. At the center of their individual and married lives, is their rock-solid faith in God. And the paths they took to get rock-solid. So encouraging to hear their words of wisdom and love for each other and their love for God.
