Unnecessary sound effects added to the narration

This story had so much potential but the additional sound effects were unnecessary and disturbing. I hope the producers and author don’t ever make the mistake of trying to add sound effects to another story. Hearing her moaning in the background while still talking was disgusting.

Great story

I absolutely loved this story. It is my go to book. If you listen to any of the bad star or less than perfect review your missing out. Alexander C. Kane really outdid himself when he penned this gem, it’s witty, growth, patience and family.

Glitch

I don’t know if my audible app is glitching but whenever I tap the three buttons on the side it always shows details for the dang meditation book. I don’t even want to listen to the book because I’m mad that I have to play the book the see details rather than just use the three buttons for the details.

Too many side discussions/thoughts of the main character

It was difficult to follow the story because of the flashbacks/side thoughts of the main character. Most of it was unnecessary for the development of the story.

Wow

Okay I must be honest at first it was difficult to get into this storyline, it kept jumping all over and usually when that happens I can skip a few chapters and not miss a beat of the story. Babbyyy don’t give up on this book because once the twist and turns started to happen it didn’t stop until the end. I do think many parts seem to be retold and was unnecessary, but it was worth it to see the end product. Definitely recommend as a book club book of the month.

Great story

It took me awhile to get into this book even though it offered a great storyline and backstory of the characters, but once I did it was amazing. I highly recommend future listener to stick with it, the ending will not disappoint.

Don’t waste your money

I couldn’t get past the narration. It sounds like it was recorded in a bathroom with no containment of the sound. I felt like someone was just breathing in my ear the entire time. It could have been a good listen if it wasn’t for that. I honestly just marked it as finished and never listened again after the first chapter.

The narrations sounds like it was produced in a bathroom which makes the story’s sound horrible. Don’t waste your time on these short stories that are probably better in print.
