What a enjoyable book! I used to read Stephen King books many years ago but felt he was getting too dark for my liking so stopped. I came across this and it sounded interesting. Mr King’s mixture of terror and fantasy was awesome. You feel like you are in the book, with his wonderful descriptions and voices of the characters, scenery and emotions.

The story was beautifully descriptive and the story was captivating. I couldn’t wait to commute to and from work, to continue the book. Ms Rivers story of truth and how people, react and accept it was a very enjoyable listen.

Ending was chaotic, very good up till then.

Ending seemed a rush to finish the story. The story was very captivating until the ending. In order to tie up what was happening the author wrote short chapters with tidbits of “possible suspect” actions. I had to rewind so many times because I was “who,what?!?” Then when the book was over I was left wondering “ but what happened with?” I will more than likely get another Ms Clarke book, just based on the reviews of her fans.

I love Dean Koontz but this was a disappointment. He delved into the psychological background on everything and then did it again. I think I skipped most of the book. The last 2 hours were wonderful and interesting.

The way the reader was part of Laura's life. It made you feel connected to her and care about her and all that she encounters.

When they met the doctor and had to get out of the house. Drama, comedy and excitement!!

Exciting book with well thought out twists and turns. It kept me thinking well after I finished the novel.
