Great data, biased trying to justify

If you stick to her data and trials analysis, great book. But the author does says she can’t stand being with her children more than 3 hours a day… and she sleep trained her 10 week old leaving him to cry it out because it was just so convenient for her for them never to sleep in her room. I’m sorry but most of the chapters are just justifying how she is not a bad parent. Can not get to agree on most fronts she is just too much of a detached parent.

We can all relate to her stories. It’s honest and her tips are really practical and insightful. When you are inside the rabbit hole not so many ideas come to mind. One of the best books I have read in this tough road.

Prepare to get hungry and wanting to get ASAP into the kitchen to try all the recipes she describes and give a story on how she discovered them. I cried I laughed and I could almost feel in France. Great narrator voice very according to Julia. One of my new favorite books ever.

How can you do a biography without interviewing anyone close to the main character? It just seems misleading and dishonest. How can you judge a person, his feelings and motivations without having a connection with someone that really knows him?
Also the voice is old to be referring to a main Character at least 20 years younger...

It really works!!

Im a MBA candidate and this method really helped me studying for my exams. I also liked how the author gives you life advice of how to apply with discipline these methods. The only downside is that when you memorize this way there won’t be room for analysis which gives you long term memory.
