Book was extremely well written. Slightly different than the others, but it worked. This was the best one so far! My jaw literally dropped at times and I cried at some of the points.

slow start, predictable, good finish and character

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the narrator. However, the characters were interesting and so was the storyline. I did feel that it was somewhat predictable. I figured out early in who the killer was and why.
With that said, a better narrator would have made this a lot better. I was still able to listen and finish. I do like the plot and people.
Overall, a decent read. main character is very likable. I plan on continuing the series.

The narrator did the best job she could with what she was given. I don't fault the narrator for the bad content of this book.
At first I loved it and was going to rate it 4 stars, but as the story continued I struggled more and more and didn't even want to finish the book.
The book had a lot of potential and was overall a disappointment. I had an hour left of the book and struggled with wanting to finish.
Overall, too much jargon. story was waaayyy too out there (and I typically enjoy this genre). Story wasn't written well enough to where I could visualize much. I had to fill in a lot of blanks.
The only saving grace was that it was free. I wouldn't spend any money actually purchasing this book.

Book draws you in; great storyline and great narra

First of all, the narration was phenomenal. the narrator captured different voices and personalities perfectly.
The story line is interesting and draws you in. the main character's child like voice and thoughts makes you root for her and feel sorry for her.
This is listed as a Young Adult book, but the content has a lot of adult themes and a lot of cuss words. I would not recommend for younger teens.
Overall, great book.

Super cute Hallmark Christmas movie in book form

I love Hallmark Christmas movies which is why I loved this book. Any other time of year it would be cheesey.
Narration was decent. I didn't really like the narrator for the male portions, but it wasn't completely terrible either.

Storyline could have been good, but characters were shallow and hard to connect with. I didn't like any of them and none of them moved me. They all seemed superficial. I couldn't even like the main character.
The narration was not the best either. I wouldn't recommend this. I also will be avoiding this narrator in future purchases.
I gave 2 stars for the promising story that could have been good, but executed terribly.

Silly me, I loved this book when I was a kid and wanted to listen to it with my daughter. However, this version is of the graphic novel, not the actual book. Obviously, I figured it out a too late. We listened to it anyway.
The actual book is awesome, this one...not so much. Skip this and read the actual book.
