What an inspiring read!

I have listened to this book twice, which is an indication of how much I’ve actually enjoyed listening to it. I feel like I have some idea about Lisa’s home and family life. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the interesting episodes with her little daughter and her daughter’s relationship with her dad; helping us to see just how much our Heavenly Father loves and cares for us. She has an incredible way of adding humour as well as throwing in useful insights and challenges into her narrative. Honestly, listening to this book and seeing how the author has been able to relate very common Bible stories and incidences to our everyday life and relationship with God is quite remarkable. Indeed, after listening to this book, I can see and appreciate that God has a reason for everything that we experience in life and is working them out for our good. She has indeed demonstrated how we can discover ‘God moments in the gloomy’. Anyone facing gloomy moments or situations in life they consider challenging is encouraged to listen to or read this book. S(he) will gain a deeper insight into how such moments are truly God moments. The book has my highest recommendation.
