This was very helpful for me especially because I am dealng with major depression and GAD. I identified with a lot of the concepts talked about. Listening to it was very helpful in finding the specific techniques that work for my thought process. I would highly recommend this book if you are struggling and looking for a way to feel better. It is an answer to help you climb out of your depression. no matter what kind you have.

I am naturally a messy person. This book was helpful in my journey to being a clean and organized person. It explains everything, even how to go to the bathroom. The concept of it is a way of living and we could all use a lesson or two from a Buddhist monk. I learned sweeping my floor is for my sanity, not a task I have to complete on my long to do list. Good book to listen to while cleaning.
