Twisted plot!
Revisado: 03-22-25
There was nothing I disliked about this book. Robyn James made it so easy to hate Cass’s dad. Such a great story. I love how these books are about what real family is truly like and not some fairytale. I think my favorite part was that she brought Maura Brent in on it if there are any books that I love more than Castille books it has to be Mara Brent books. Although, I can’t really say I love them more as they are equally good heroines and attorneys.

What’s to dislike? This is the best Sandra Dallas book I have listened to so far. It was so riveting I couldn’t stop. I’m really sad it’s over. I hope I find another one that’s as good as this one. Persian pickle club was my favorite until I heard this. Hopefully there’s another favorite out there.

Revisado: 11-15-23
This book was one of my favorites of Michael Connolly‘s because it has an equal amount of Bosch and Haller. When they team up, they are unbeatable, and I cannot get enough of the two characters. I always hate to finish because I know I have to wait another year for the next one.
