Heart break and a life mission

I enjoyed the start of Sidelle's budding romance with Finn, more so because they came from different places and had the odds stacked against them. It ended, then Sidelle ends up on a mission from the angels on Earth. I had to mentally switch gears for a different story. I liked the first half of the story better.

So many surprises & revelations in this book! Alli & Lan get closer. Alli learns of a betrayal she can't wrap her head around. A sacrifice is made that breaks Alli's heart. The oracle comes in to help in a couple of ways. Not everything is what Alli thought was true- some good, some bad. Waiting patiently for the next book!

Returning Megiddo's body to his fellow monks of the Jeden Order comes with danger lurking from several directions, lies & betrayals, & a growing love on this non-stop adventure. I can't wait for the next book of to come out! Kallick is a tough, kickass heroine that has never known an easy life. She has the best friend/sister Cinth that anyone could ask for. Faolan is someone she has known most of her life, but his intentions are not clear. There is something larger brewing than anyone is aware of going on between the Seelie, the Unseelie and the outcasts from the Triangle led by Rubezahl. Loved the ending & eagerly wait for the continuation of the story!

Mia & the boys take a trip during their school break & learn that things aren't how they have been lead to believe. Nice surprise at the end of the trip. Love the group bonding. Should be a great next story!
