Historia
Are you at your wits’ end with seemingly unrelated aches, pains, and complaints that no one has been able to explain yet? Or are digestive problems making your life so difficult that you don’t even feel like cooking or eating anymore? All of this and more could be related to the foods you eat and the inflammation they cause in your body. Listen to learn about food intolerances, food sensitivities, and food allergies. What they are, how they work, and most importantly, what you can do about them.

Great for food sensitivity/intolerance sufferers

This book is quite informative. I have particularly enjoyed listening to Chapter 3, where a clear difference is made here between food sensitivity, intolerance, and allergy. On a side note, the reader's voice was a bit robotic.

I haven't always understood what ADHD is and most importantly how a relationship might be affected as a result of one's ADHD personality or that of our partner. As a society, we tend to judge and maintain misconceived ideas about people with certain personality traits. But what this book does well is using personal experience, to break down several areas of relationships life where these misconceptions have to be lifted e.g. laziness is not the same as idleness, or addictive personalities have to be understood in the context of impulsivity, a core symptom of ADHD. Great listening!
