Historia
Anna Fox lives alone - a recluse in her New York City home, unable to venture outside. She spends her day drinking wine (maybe too much), watching old movies, recalling happier times...and spying on her neighbors. Then the Russells move into the house across the way: a father, mother, their teenaged son. The perfect family. But when Anna, gazing out her window one night, sees something she shouldn't, her world begins to crumble. And its shocking secrets are laid bare.

Great Read/Listen!
Revisado: 01-10-18
This book was a great listen! The storyline line had so many twists and turns, and every time I thought I had it figured out, I was wrong! It’s very exciting to see such a great book as the author’s debut novel and to look forward to more to come. Kudos to the author and the narrator.

Would you listen to Three Days in January again? Why?
Very interesting and well written, and very timely. The narration was also very nice. Great job Mr. Baier!

Historia
January 1946: London is emerging from the shadow of the Second World War, and writer Juliet Ashton is looking for her next book subject. Who could imagine that she would find it in a letter from a man she’s never met, a native of the island of Guernsey, who has come across her name written inside a book by Charles Lamb.... As Juliet and her new correspondent exchange letters, Juliet is drawn into the world of this man and his friends - and what a wonderfully eccentric world it is.

Loved it!
Revisado: 02-03-10
I loved this book! I was a little skeptical at first about the format being that of letter writing, but I was pleasantly surprised. The characters were so engaging that I feel that I want to know more about them beyond the end of the novel. And the narration was fantastic. Now I really want to visit Guernsey!

Historia
Clare and Henry have known each other since Clare was six and Henry was thirty-six. They were married when Clare was twenty-three and Henry was thirty-one. Impossible but true, because Henry is one of the first people diagnosed with Chrono-Displacement Disorder: periodically his genetic clock resets and he finds himself misplaced in time, pulled to moments of emotional gravity from his life, past and future.

Wonderful!
Revisado: 12-14-04
I loved this book. It started out a little confusing, and I also did not like the narrators at all, but soon I was so drawn in to the characters that I forgot about that. It's fun to get so emotionally drawn into a book like this. I was sad that it had to end.

Very Enjoyable
Revisado: 10-07-04
I liked this book a lot. The story line really kept you guessing until the end. A little confusing at times because there was a lot of back and forth in time and between characters, but overall I found it very enjoyable to listen to. I felt an attachment to the characters and was sad that I had reached the end of the book.
