I didn't like the writing style of the author...it showed a complete lack of maturity. I could only stand to listen for a short while. The story could have been very good, if not for the uncouth way it was written.

I absolutely did not care for the female main character. The author created an intensely self centered, childish, immature and unlikeable character as the love interest for Fred. It might have been the narrator's portrayal, but that character almost had me not finishing the series.

I didn't like the petulant, immaturity of Cassie, nor all the unnecessary high schoolish hormonal sections of the story. A higher level of maturity would have made this a much better listen.

It was painful to listen to this series, the narrator has no sense of cadence or when Not to pause in a sentence or a single word. I doubt I'll finish the series as I could barely tolerate the narrator. She has ruined the story!

Problem is that all the moronic characters are getting old. I can tolerate the vulgar language to a point...but the characters that never learn, is to me, intolerable. Most of the time I want to smack sense into them, or leave them behind.
