I found it validating the highly sensitive traits without creating a sense of superiority. I would recommend it to anyone who “ feels and cares “ too much”.

Should be a Required reading

Absolutely loved the book, Father Richard explains complex ideas and behaviors with depth and concern all wrapped up in an easy nonjudgmental flow. Beautifully conceived and created and masterfully narrated, the whole book was a transportive experience into the nature of humans and their journey. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to figure out where they stand in life and in their hearts.
