Keeps You Guessing

Very good writing. The pacing kept me guessing till the end. I felt for the parents of the boy accused. You could really feel what the family was going through. Good writing.
Loved the narrator.

Excellent Writer. Loved the story

I bought this book because I was interested in trying a cozy mystery. I'm glad I did. The story moved along at a good pace and kept me guessing till the end. Nancy Cohen is an excellent writer with good used of language, emotion & description. As for the reader she was great too. Keep me in the story and let me hear the main character's true voice.
Well done all around.
Thanks for the great read. I'm headed back now to get the next Nancy Cohen book!

I'm sorry but the reader ended it for me

This might be a good story to read but the narrator's voice inflection didn't seem to understand punctuation. It was read in almost a sing song way that didn't pause in the right places and often sounded like English was not her first language. I really wanted to like the story but couldn't get past the irritating audio to go further than the first chapter.
