This Remote Healing is very interesting and it's actually my first time hearing about this and I immediately started practicing the meditation in this audible book and slowly sending healing for myself and others. It made me realize how powerful we are when we put our focus on sending some love and healing. Thank you for the guidance of this book. I will keep track of my journey by journaling.
