My daughter is learning so much about grammar and French verbs with this book. I would say this book is at about a French 101 and French 102 college level. The explanations and exercises are pretty comprehensive.

This is the most important book you can read if you’re suffering from anxiety or panic disorder. I spent money on therapy, talking BS about my life and my childhood and this that and never walked away with a real sense of confidence that any of those conversations were helping me. All in all this books is a MUST read if you suffer from anxiety.
