There is so much practical and valuable information in this book that I recommend it to amy business owner, especially those trying to get to their first million or multiple millions.
After coaching hundreds of businesses, Austin extracts all the keys to success and shares them in bite-size bits, making it easy to understand the theory and how to actually implement. Keep a notepad close, as you will have a lot of insights as you listen.
A lot of business books have good theory, or cover just one aspect of the business and key to success. As an example, I love Rich Dad Poor Dad for the theory/motivation, but it doesn't tell you how to actually do it. same thing with eMyth or The 4 Hour Workweek. Lots of theory on building systems and removing yourself, but not a lot of practical info on how to do it.
So if you are trying to figure out how to get more control in your business and scale it, I would definitely recommend this book.

Key Lessons in Scaling Your Business

My favorite thing about this book is that it is filled with short, actionable pieces of guidance that you can implement right away to start scaling your business.
I've read a ton of business books, and so often they have a lot of theory but not a lot that you can take and implement right away. This book is different. Austin + the team at 2X shares so many gold nuggets on the actual things that they do when they work with businesses.
It is a pretty short listen, and cool to hear the author read it.
If you feel like you are caught on the 6 figure hamster wheel and are looking for how you can actually start removing yourself and scaling, definitely check this book out.
