excellent read. good narration. I have been looking for a good series for a bit since reading the dresden files and this is a British version that does it just as good just in its own way.

I really like that in this one unlike most reverse harem stories that all four guys are not just beating down the down to sleep with her, that the relationship are about more then just sex.

outstanding shifter story

this story is twist on the unwilling hero. Orson knows nothing of the shifter world and spends most of the story confused about what is happening to his life which makes the story so much more believable. How would you feel if you woke up one more to find that you were several inches taller than you had been when you went to sleep. Orson reactions in the story are much more believable than the usual "oh I'm a shifter now cool what's next. Could not put it down. looking forward to the rest of the series.

A delightful trip down cyberpunk memory lane.

It took elements from such classic cyberpunk works as Snowcrash and Akira as well as Do Androids dream of electronic sheep and even a bit of Neuromancer.
Cyberdragons blends all this with the wickedly funny style of writing C.T. Phipps has come to display in all his books I have read up to now.
If cyberpunk is your thing and you want something that’s dark as well as funny, I would highly recommend this book and look forward to reading the next one when I get my next monthly credit.

imagine Salron is good and Gandalf was evil.

This book flips the script on its head when it come to fantasy novels. Imagine if Salron from lord of the rings was all about freedom and self determination, and Gandalf was about tyrannical rule of law. what's classically thought of as good goes out the window and is instead replaced with a fanatical religious organization that seizes power and ruthlessly goes about enslaving and murdering the common people, in the name of peace and law and order. while the evil god king figure embraces freedom and saving the common person. its a very enjoyable book for the different perspective it gives and i loved it.
Also props to the narrator for a awesome job.

Reading this book I thought I was surprised at how many delightful twists and turns the story took that I didn’t see coming. I kept thinking I know where this is going but nope, I was wrong. I loved this book for that. It kept me trying to guess where the story was going.
I also enjoyed the redemption story that happens. Most fantasy novels don’t base their character actions or reasons in real world reason or logic which is something that this author does very well. Over all a delightful read and I look forward to reading the next in this

Good story but not so good narration.

While i enjoyed the story and the subject matter was quite compelling, i enjoy interracial and cuckold stories the narration lost it for me. The Narrator while fine for the the female parts and main body of the story lost the immersion on the masculine parts.

A friend recommended this series to me. Halfway through the second book I told my buddy man thank you. I loved this series and cant wait to see where this goes. Urban fantasy and vampires and magic and all has been done before but the world that Mr Corwin has created is well developed and thought out, I like the different approach, what with the main character starting out as a nerdy gamer, then comeing into his power but keeping the nerdy smartass comments and train of thought. This series is a good one and I highly recommend you give it a try.
