Another great book from Terry! If you like British humor and funny characters - this one is for you! Absurdity of life and topic of Death are on stage in this novel. Death character is one the most hilarious but at the same time profound protagonist indeed. This is a kind of books that leaves a warm cozy feeling once you read it! Just like the one you get after most of the books this good sir wrote.

Oscar Wilde had crafted an amazing story about precious youth and it’s beauty in human life. It’s a tale of mortality and what a person would do to keep looking young and fabulous. Most impressive for me was a metaphor of devil and angel represented as two Dorian Gray’s close friends. Their influence on the hero was as immense. The language of O. Wilde is magnificent and very profound. While reading this one I felt like traveling back in time and living that fancy life in 18th century London. Amazing!

Book tat helps you become better at public speaking and jokes

I loved this book for all the tips on public speaking and comedy. It describes the very essence of a funny joke and why it’s important for any public speech. Authors also tells some hilarious stories from his life to show what was his journey to become a successful stand up comedian.
Now when I see any stand up, I see the anatomy of jokes right away! And using the author advice I am able to be ready for any public event :)

Book about art, improvisation and awearness

I didn't expect this book to be so deep! Wrote by a musician, step by step it shows you the great meaning behind the word art. The author teaches us to enjoy every moment of our life, and some Buddhist inspiration is clearly visible here. The nature of improvisation is another great part of the book. Stephen Nachmanovitch support his ideas with great stories. This book is very insightful and at the same time entertaining. Strongly recommend!
