Entertaining Read

I enjoyed reading and listening to the audible version on the book simultaneously. However, there is one thing, the footnotes make me anxious when using the app while reading because sometimes they are read and sometimes they are skipped. I don't know if they weren't important, or if they were just missed. Most of them are humorous additions to the statements referenced, and are worth pausing to read on your own before continuing with the audible app, if the app didn't read that particular one. That's not to say that i am not perplexed at why some of them are read and some are not. 🤔 Great book. Ready to move on to another one of the Jen Lancaster books that I haven't yet read, and hope that by the time I have finished reading them all a new one will be out!

Jen Lancaster was living the sweet life-until real life kicked her to the curb. She had the perfect man, the perfect job-hell, she had the perfect life - and there was no reason to think it wouldn't last. Or maybe there was, but Jen Lancaster was too busy being manicured, pedicured, highlighted, and generally adored to notice.

Entertaining Good Read

I had been waiting to read this book for a long time. I'm glad I finally made some time to do so. It was an entertaining read. I had previously read one of Jen Lancaster's other books that people said wasn't good compared to this book. I loved the first book I had read a lot, and enjoyed this one as well. I will continue to read through her other published books I haven't read. I'm think Jeneration X is next.
