Really fun!

What a cool telling of a fun, creative story. Kept my interest all the way through. I’m sure some would label it predictable or simplistic, but it was perfect, but I wouldn’t want to listen to anything they’d want to listen to. Echos of the moon was awesome, and I bet you’ll enjoy it like I did.

Fun, intriguing read!

Typical of Peter Clines, this was a fun, creative story that kept me hooked the whole way. Had some great twists and suspense. If you have read any of his other books, especially in the Fold universe, you’ll love this one.

Incredible tale…so far fetched it has to be true!

I didn’t know the legendary status of this submarine and her crew, but was awestruck by the story told in Thunder Below. The narrated nails the attitude and voice of the author so perfectly! Couldn’t put this one down.

This was an incredibly thorough telling of the major components of the foundation of a Biblical worldview. Using Genesis and supporting Scripture and other references, Ham lays out why certain viewpoints could not be true, building a case for creation. This is not an exposition on the interpretation of archeological evidence, but a broader approach.

There is a lot of incredible observation and assessment in the book, and it makes one worry about the future. Couple what you learn in the book with the social changes in America and it is even more bleak.

Fascinating!

What a fantastic opportunity to dig into an under-observed perspective. Yes, Jesus and the OT talk about wealth and poverty plenty, but did we ever stop to think about who the audience is? Where (and to which class) does he say what, and what does that teach us about His true message? The hearers at the time did not have the problem we have today…they had context. This looks at the historical world through the lens of the biblical authors along with some background historical events from other historians of the time. Great read, will challenge you in a good way. Disagree with the author’s position? Great! Go chase down the same passages and see for yourself, nothing here is hidden.

Very enjoyable

What a fun military thriller…I really enjoyed the various twists and turns, some predictable and some not. I cringed at one factual error early on (I forget what it was, but some mischaracterization of military equipment or process), but no complaints beyond that. It brought closure while also giving an opening for the sequel, which I’m starting next.
