This quick-read book is filled with the wisdom and power of a book filled with 500 pages. It gets to the point and reminds me who and what I am and how to live the life I choose. I purchased it yesterday and have read it twice already.

Far more than I expected

I purchased this book thinking I would gain some useful tips from it, given that I used to auto write years ago. I felt a little cocky, like I knew so much. Not any more. When I wrote in the past, auto writing was effective for story telling. However, as I implemented the tools Michael suggests, I watched my life transform before my own eyes. He suggests many ways to use UWE I had not thought of. At a time when I've been struggling to communicate with my husband who recently passed, this book gave me the answers I needed to have a meaningful two-way conversation with him. I have read over 200 books thanks to audible, most of them were just what I was looking for at the time. This book, however, knocked my socks off. I can say without reservation this is the BEST BOOK I have ever read. Thank you Michael Sandler for maintaining the authenticity of the message you were created to give. You have helped me in more ways than I can possibly convey. I hope to meet you and your wife one day.
