This showed me to be kinder to myself. Showed me depression happens in real life. And it’s ok! That doesn’t mean I have to stay there. OCD is a lot more far reaching than I ever could have imagined. His kindness in his teaching nurtured my heart!

I can honestly say this book and Mark DeJesus’s other books are transforming my life DAILY!
I had just about given up on changing me and struggling to learn Abba Fathers love for me. Through a process step by step layer by layer Mark show us how to actually transform our life with the help of the Word of God and daily changing the way we think about ourselves.
I would most definitely recommend this book. This is one book you will not regret buying!
