Overall very interesting and kept my attention. I want a fan of the female voice-it became a little distracting. Love the cliffhanger and will be reading the next one

Not what you would expect

I loved the back and forth between past and present. I found the way the husband reacted to some things really far fetched at times. I think otherwise it was a decent story that was fast paced and had a heartbreaking twist at the end.

Great trilogy!

Overall great read! I got goosebumps at the end. It all rounds out nicely. One thing I felt was repetitive was The constant reminding the reader how much she grieved the loss of her loved ones. We understand and didn’t need to hear it over and over. The voice actor was excellent and I could listen to her for hours!

Not what I expected!

A very surprising story of a girl overcoming so much and persevering through it all. I expected more to be directed to the war and the camps in general. But this was a very interesting take from a different point of view. I loved the twists that kept me guessing and of course the love story building throughout. Overall well done and would definitely recommend

Great sequel to the first. I was getting a little frustrated with some of her decisions throughout the book. But we are all imperfect at times and I think it made the characters more real. Very excited to read the final book and see what comes of everyone!

I had a hard time liking the main character. It all fell a little flat for me. Some of the “mistakes” and stubbornness seemed a little too unrealistic
