What a great read the story was easy to follow and yet entertaining. What I've learned from this book will be shared with my team as well as giving each one of my team members the book to read. The concepts are easy and I look forward to implementing this in my workplace.

I have enjoyed both of Darren's books. His idea's are so easy to do but the also easy not to do them. It is a battle everyday to do what is right.
