I love duet narration, both narrators were perfect for this story. If I could have changed one thing it would be to have a bit more of their lives together after.

Such a low angst romantic book!

This is a completely new to me author, as well as the two narrators. I listened to it from beginning to end in one day! I prefer a duet narration, but these two narrators were great. I was able to stay immersed in the story no matter the POV. Worth the credit or the $$$

Even two of my favorite narrators can’t save this book!

I like both narrators but the writing style was painful! “Removed his eyes from his phone”, the overly detailed card game and the shopping trip. Honestly I had a hard time following the story. Thankfully it was free and I can return it. I’ve read some other books by EK, and she isn’t really a favorite but her later books are better than this one.

It’s a big DNF!

Hear me out, I have read, and purchased every single book and audible book in both the Cerberus Series, and BBS. Love them all, they’re a little to angsty, but great all the same. We have had Aaron Shedlock & Kasha Kensington as narrators for the entire series and they’re both excellent. The female narrator for Legacy is Samantha Summers. Her narration was terrible in my opinion. Her female voices for her female friend was fine, lovely in fact. For the FMC, not… so… much. Every other word there was a pause. Very staccato, almost robotic. I increased the speed which helped a little and was willing to suffer though as the ebook doesn’t come out until the 17th and I didn’t want to wait. When she started narrating the male characters part I gave up. I’m not expecting perfection, but for me, I just couldn’t do it and returned it at chapter 10. Save the credit or the $$ and wait for the ebook.

At first it took me a bit to get used to Nove/Riggs accent, but I did. Great narration, great story. Loved Nova’s love for Piper, and how dedicated a father he is and their relationship. The hair braiding, swoon! On to Piper and Kiwi!

Dark romance at its best. I loved the narration. While I prefer a duet rather than a dual narration, this was great. Stefan was just dark enough. Gabrielle was a little naïve, but she had backbone. Even her evil father did the right thing in the end even if it did not a hero make. Worth the credit? Yes!

Not like Carnage shifters in the least. Ander was not a nice, caring or loving shifter. In fact he was despicable! I wish Kat had made him grovel more, but that’s the way the wolf howls. Some bloodshed and non-con/dubcon aspects relating to the MC’s. I love Sara Puckett, her male voice is decent. Kale Williams is a new to me narrator. I enjoyed his narration, his inflections vary somewhat for characters that speak without accents, and I really liked his accented characters. His female voice isn’t the best but it doesn’t detract from the story and I was able to stay immersed easily. I wish they was a duet narration like Carnage Island, but I will buy the other Audio Books in this series.
