Historia
After the Final War, after the appearance of the Bug aliens and their enforced peace, Shining Smith is still alive, still doing business from the old scrapyard bequeathed to her by her father. But Shining is now something more than human. And the scrapyard is no longer just a scrapyard, but a place full of secrets. This life she has built, while empty, is predictable and safe. Until the only friend left from her previous life shows up, dead, in the back of a scrapped Tesla warplane. Clutched in her cold fingers is a note to Shining - warning her of a coming attack.

Sic-fi crazy cat lady meets biker
Revisado: 01-13-20
I downloaded this as a free audible original. It seemed interesting but seemed to down hill from there.
I think the story had potential but really fell short. One of the hardest things to get through was the rough pop culture "biker" descriptions. It seems like the author googled "motorcycle clubs " on the internet, scanned a few things and decided to weave it into the story.
The narrator had some really bad accents that made the characters even harder to believe.
I finished the book mainly because I needed something to listen too on my commute.

it was free with my membership so I decided to give it a shot. Over all the book was ok but felt like trueblood meets the hallmark channel.

I listened to the first book a couple if years ago and then relisted to it again and decided to continue. I'm enjoying the series. I still wish the accents were preformed better but over all it is good.

Historia
The White Lich has conquered Tanar Atain. Soon, he means to take the entire world. Dante suspects his next target will be Bressel, where the Tanarians have established their court in exile. The only chance to stop the lich will be to forge a fragile alliance between the bitter enemies of three different lands: Tanar Atain, Mallon, and Narashtovik. The city stands on the brink of rebellion. Yet even if Dante, Blays, and Gladdic can unite it, they still might not have the strength to stand against the army of the lich.

Historia
After a year of fighting across three different lands, Dante and Blays have finally brought Gladdic to justice - and in the process, they've unleashed a horror beyond all reckoning. The enemy is known as the White Lich. He is ancient. He is immensely powerful. And Gladdic believes he will soon enslave all of Tanar Atain. Their only chance to defeat him is to strike fast, before the lich has regained his power. But attacking him directly would be suicide.

Historia
Dante and Blays have forced Gladdic from the Collen Basin. But the victory might be only the first battle in a much larger war. With the land on the brink of starvation and politically fractured, Dante and Blays scramble to secure Collen's food, borders, and allies. Before their work is done, rumor arrives from Mallon. The enemy is mustering for another attack. Even if Collen can weather the coming storm, there's no guarantee their independence will last out the year.

Horrible sound!
Revisado: 07-06-17
I loved the first 2 books. Unfortunately I couldn't make it 5 min into this one due to 2 things.
First was the reader. His inability to pronounce the Main character's name just irritated me especially after the first 2 books has a different narrator.
The 2nd issue and maybe the reason I asked for a refund is that it sounds like the reader is in a shipping container. The quality of the sound was so bad there is no possible way I could listen to if to 5 minutes let alone 22 hours.
I'm really disappointed, I really wanted to finish the series. Maybe if they get a new reader.

Historia
Roshar is a world of stone and storms. Uncanny tempests of incredible power sweep across the rocky terrain so frequently that they have shaped ecology and civilization alike. Animals hide in shells, trees pull in branches, and grass retracts into the soilless ground. Cities are built only where the topography offers shelter. It has been centuries since the fall of the 10 consecrated orders known as the Knights Radiant, but their Shardblades and Shardplate remain: mystical swords and suits of armor.
