Let’s bring on a group of “has been actors” for a reality camping show with not so nice producers. What could go wrong? Everything apparently. Let’s say, storms, near death attempts and murder for good measure. Frannie is on the case when they find a body on their, see through bottom boat tour.
Excellent narration by Michelle Babb.

With Georgia's divorce finalized, she and Travis continue to grow closer. The big day has arrived when Travis finds out if he has won the city council seat. Sam and Levi are going to try to be Mia's first wedding event at the inn. Lavinia Major continues to try to interfere. Will Sam and Levi say "I do"? Will Lavinia learn her lesson?

Book 7 in the Blackbird Beach series is a nice clean story of 2nd chances, love and family.

Sweet, clean story continues in Book 6

Georgia Carpenter got a 2nd chance when her Aunt Norma left her Sea Glass Inn and two adjoining properties. Georgia's daughter, Mia, and son, Griffin, arrive both needing mom. After extensive remodel and repairs, she is almost ready to reopen the inn. Each book in the series will stand alone but should be read in order.

The renovations of the inn are almost complete. Georgia and Travis continue to grow closer together but still waiting for Georgia's divorce to be finalized. Lily has bought the house across the street and juggles remodeling her home and completing the inn. Levi, the father of Sam's son, Clayton makes an appearance in this book. Old grievances between the two need to be sorted before Clayton is allowed to meet his father and new grandmother. Sam's grandmother, Lavinia continues to try to block the reopening of the inn.

The narrator does a good job of separating the characters voices.

Book 7 - The Space Invader cozy mystery

Frannie and her camping cohorts unwittingly help a convict elude authorities and escape the long arm of the law. Between mysterious bumps in the night and possible alien sightings, the crew are up to their necks in strange happenings. Join the fun as clues are gathered and possible alien abductions are avoided. The convict steals a camper with 2 of the friends in it. Will Frannie and Larry be able to find them before they come to harm? Lots of action in this one! Highly entertaining.

Book 4 - Lady of the Lake

Frannie and her friends have not only stumbled on another dead body but one of their group is arrested for the murder. How will Frannie and her former policeman husband get out of this one? Lots of fun and a good cozy mystery. With some twists and turns to the plot, the author keeps you guessing to the end as to the culprit.

Book 3 - Peete & Repeat good, clean read

Frannie's husband Larry, a retired policeman, tries to keep her out of trouble, but her curiosity once again gets her in deep! The author has done a great job in creating a great cast of likeable characters and the story is engaging and humorous. Part of the fun of reading a cozy mystery is trying to figure out the whodunit before the author reveals it.

The narrator is perfect for this series and her performance added a lot to my enjoyment of this book

Mirror Pond Cozy Mysteries Book 1

Sally Chilcoat, is an independent, mid-thirties woman who is quite capable of taking care herself with a writing career that is successful enough to support her. Good for her. The book centers around the murder of a fellow condo resident in Mirror Pond’s gazebo. I found it sort of funny that he wooed many women by his charming manner and playing an accordion. Sally and the resident handy man share an attraction,

The story is fun and an entertaining listen. Michelle Babb does a great job narrating.

Trouble in Santa Fe book 16

Minnie and Ben stumble on another dead body as she is shopping for a new RV and the adventure begins. I love this cozy mystery series, seems like there are all kinds of ways to get embroiled in a murder investigation and Minnie finds them all! Lots of twists and turns and lots of suspects but Minnie & Ben know their stuff and will ferret out the murderer.

Trouble in Diablo Canyon book 15

Minnie has decided to take a break from the RV and do some tent camping. And much to her dismay (or perhaps her pleasure in uncovering clues!) another body is discovered--accident or homicide? Minnie's on the case. Even though 15th in the Will Travel for Trouble series, the story is fresh and fun to read.
