Very Relaxing Audiobook

I have enjoyed this audiobook for years, and continue to. It’s extremely relaxing and usually helps me sleep when I need to.

Surprisingly Good Book about Boxing

I find boxing is a difficult topic to cover in an audiobook. This book by Tyson Decker is a surprisingly good one though and highly recommended. It is short enough to listen in one sitting and covers a whole series of useful topics about boxing for the beginner and advanced practitioner. I was able to further my knowledge on fitness, styles of boxing, protective equipment and a number of drills that can be applied in self practice.

I particularly liked the various "Rounds" to practice in a gym as well as the counter punches that are discussed.

Excellent Tactics for Life

The book has incredibly interesting tactics for approaching your life and of how to keep your self, family and friends safe. Highly recommended for everyone in our changing world.

Great Info for Freemasons

Fantastic book for setting goals

I've been a member of Audible since about 2008 and this is one of the only books I've listened to more than once.

Brian Tracy is a great author and narrator for this powerful book on setting goals and for keeping you on track in life.

I find his words very inspiring to assist me in reaching success in life.

I liked it so much I also bought the soft cover book as well.

Nothing new in this book

Would you try another book from Richard Branson and/or Gildart Jackson?

Given the popularity of Virgin I was surprised that this book was so boring with much information that really wasn't relevant to leadership.

What was most disappointing about Richard Branson’s story?

There really wasn't much new in this book, Richard's few main anecdotes are found in most web searches on personal development.

What does Gildart Jackson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narration was fairly good.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I was left indifferent by this book, there was nothing profound and most anecdotes can be found on the internet.

Any additional comments?

I was disappointed with this book overall. Early on Richard says that he kept multiple books of his writings with him, I think this book is just a rehash of these writings strung together.

Well Narrated Exciting Story

If you could sum up Inside Delta Force in three words, what would they be?

Powerful, Exciting & Motivating

What did you like best about this story?

Eric Haney's story is a powerful account of his life in the military and rise to Delta Force ane beyond. Obviously an extremely talented individual, he provides an insight into the lives of these great soldiers with some training elements added in. Published in 2002 it also foretells much of what the terrorist world is like today. I was moved by the book and the small team nature of special operations forces reminds me of parts of the business world too.

Which character – as performed by Robertson Dean – was your favorite?

Eric Haney of course, but also Larry Freedman

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to the book on my daily commute and finished it in just under 3 weeks

Good guided meditation

It's a good guided meditation, very well presented and relaxing. Downside is the recommendation that it be done every day for 21 days, something I for one don't have time for (others might though)
