This 4 book series is so warm and charming. Definitely read from book 1. The way you get to know each of the three sisters personally and their individual backstories makes you very invested and keeps it moving at an interesting pace. The voices are performed wonderfully! The setting is like being on a Christmas vacation. I want another book with this family!🎄

I love Grace Livingston Hill. This one has more suspense than most as a good spy novel. She is my favorite author. This was written in early 1900s so there are some different cultural observations, but what surprises me is how much applies to our time. She will always bring your focus closer to God.
