Historia
Frank Szatowski is shocked when his daughter, Maggie, calls him for the first time in three years. He was convinced that their estrangement would become permanent. He’s even more surprised when she invites him to her upcoming wedding in New Hampshire. Frank is ecstatic, and determined to finally make things right. He arrives to find that the wedding is at a private estate—very secluded, very luxurious, very much out of his league. It seems that Maggie failed to mention that she’s marrying Aidan Gardner, the son of a famous tech billionaire.

Waste of time
Revisado: 02-19-25
Rambling soliloquy by someone trying to be an average Joe bridging the gap between him and the elite with a weak unbelievable plot. Then takes the lazy way out with a “several years in the future” tying up all loose ends.

Historia
LAPD Homicide Lieutenant Milo Sturgis is a master detective. He has a near-perfect solve rate, and he’s written his own rule book. Some of those successes - the toughest ones - have involved his best friend, the brilliant Psychologist Alex Delaware. But Milo doesn’t call Alex in unless cases are "different". This murder warrants an immediate call. Milo’s independence has been compromised as never before, as the department pressures him to cater to the demands of a mogul: a hard-to-fathom, megarich young woman who is obsessed with reopening the coldest of cases.

Disappointing
Revisado: 03-17-21
Have read every Delaware novel and this is by far the worst. Convoluted plot, enough numerous and confusing characters that would rival a Russian novelist with a real stretch as to why Delaware is even in it. Throw in a 32 year old murder that is unbelievably investigated almost solo by a top detective for no apparent good reason and you have one of Kellerman’s weakest efforts.

Like a ten hour root canal without anesthesia
Revisado: 06-16-20
What started out as a possible interesting plot became a litany of the author’s attempt to impress the reader with his vast knowledge the geography ,minutiae and a host of characters rivaling a Dostoyevsky novel. If you want a spy novel read Le Carre

Historia
The White House is the home of the president of the United States, the most guarded, monitored, closely watched person in the world. So how could a US president vanish without a trace? And why would he choose to do so? An unprecedented collaboration between President Bill Clinton and the world's best-selling novelist, James Patterson, The President Is Missing is a breathtaking story from the pinnacle of power.

Disappointing
Revisado: 07-12-18
Sophomoric writing, weak predictable plot with the President nauseatingly draped in the American flag. When is someone going to call Patterson to task for lending his name to some marginal author in order to sell a book?
