Historia
When Izzy Astor gets on a plane to go home, she isn’t expecting much. It’s the usual holiday travel experience: busy, crowded, stressful. Then she spots her seatmate, who is anything but ordinary. Nate Phelan sports dark hair, blue eyes, and a deliciously rugged charm that Izzy can’t resist. Their connection is undeniable. Izzy never believed in destiny before, but she does now. Just ninety seconds after takeoff, their plane goes down in the Missouri River.

Ok ish
Revisado: 04-27-25
I struggled to get through this one. I love lots of her other books. This one not as much. The character development didn’t get me attached to them like in other of her books. It’s was over all just a meh, with some graphic couple min here and there. Almost got a lower rating because she says “on accident” instead of “by accident”. She’s a decent writer, just this one wasn’t my fave.

Good story. Keeps me listening. There are times when it gets a bit long winded and I have trouble staying focussed. Overall though it’s a five star rating for character development, plot twists, magic and suspense. Little too much skin to skin for my taste but fast forward works too.

Story was alright
Revisado: 10-01-24
Story was entertaining and kept me listening even though I could predict quite a bit of it. It was a good enough listen anyways. The female narrator was hard to hear since she would whisper and speak very softly and low and then suddenly shrill and high. I kept having to turn it up and down to hear and I missed a fair amount of the ends of sentences. Male narrator was very good. The story itself was ok and did the trick for keeping me occupied. It’s only a 4 star due to predictability. This author has other books that are better so keep listening to her.

Interesting series
Revisado: 07-02-24
The story started a bit slow and the author over describes things a lot so I tend to zone out and miss things as well as way too long sex scenes. I fast forward if it’s looking like a mega session. Besides the sex and all the thrusting and lusting the story was really good and the last 5 hours were nail biters. Loved the character development and sometimes even laughing out loud at unexpected humour. Over all the book was a five and the narrator was a 5 star as well. Her voices were really good and her expression was very well done. Definitely recommend this book.

Hooked me!!
Revisado: 03-22-23
Took me a minute to get hooked but once I was in I was sunk! I enjoyed this book immensely. The characters were so relatable and I loved the outcomes. There were spots I laughed out loud! I will be looking for others by this author!
The narrator was great in this book! She wasn’t noticeable, so smooth and well read! Easy to listen to!

Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

Slow start
Revisado: 03-18-23
This book started so slowly the only reason why I finished it was because I had forgotten to download a new book and had no cellular service. The book ended up becoming interesting and having a cute little twist at the end. I ended up liking the characters when at first, I was just annoyed by them. I wasn’t a fan of listening to an audio Reader, who sounded like they were on the phone. However, it turned out into a nice fluffy, sweet story, which I did finish and it did entertain me so it did its job.

Great story still thinking about it weeks later
Revisado: 03-18-23
This story gripped me. I couldn’t stop listening to it. The performances were very good. The story made me cry, made me laugh, made me angry, and engaged me fully at times. I kept trying to predict what would happen, and in some cases I was correct, but Not always. I recommend this book if you want something different.
