A fun ride.

I have enjoyed the series. A fun ride with a motley crew of “good guys“ trying to do their best in the worst of circumstances, against galactic-sized forces. The author balances the story to keep the readers interest with twists, near destruction, loss, defiance and hope. I hope this isn’t the last book of the series, But if it is, I hope to hear other stories from other characters.

This lecture help coalesce my thoughts on my spirituality and looking at the world people’s spirituality. As my heart grows softer, I see it reflected into the world through the movies that have replaced my lost cultural stories. Perhaps the mythology teachers are the medicine people that lost their earthly roots and found a way to stay in the liminal space, in the only accepted positions, in a secular society.

The information given was helpful in my research on Hildegard of Bingen, giving me an overview of the life and times of this remarkable woman. The way the information was organized helped me keep my thoughts clear and precise when giving a presentation on Hildegard of Bingen. I was surprised how much I learned in such a short amount of time.
