Bold vision - bold leadership - bold life…
Revisado: 09-22-22
I believe this is the second installment in the future series trilogy that Diamantis and Kotler have pieced together. I started with the last one, the most recent, then I moved to abundance, and I finished with bold. I am a fan so I’m biased but these books should be required reading for all university students. The future is coming faster, bolder, and more abundant than we are ready to face And to be able to provide young business entrepreneurs with this kind of a roadmap is really priceless.

Must buy if you are serious about teaching…
Revisado: 08-07-22
I am teacher, actually a great freaking teacher, and I was able to learn a ton!!!
I am also a consultant, an entrepreneur and an avid reader. Dave Burgess has read many of the books I have read from many disciplines (Kennedy’s magnetic marketing, Tony Robbins, creativity, content design, experience design, etc) and has brought their key eureka moments to teaching - UNBELIEVABLY PRACTICAL REALLY EFFECTIVE advice! Get this book and change your teachings forever.
Educators buy this book and overhaul your school systems. If you don’t want your school to go bankrupt in the Edtech revolution that is coming, buy this book and implement this!
Edtech- the only drawback of this book is that it’s not designed for online courses but if you manage to translate this learning and implement the edutainment concept and hooks presented here to your online offerings you will DESTROY traditional school systems.

Great disruption handbook
Revisado: 07-27-22
It is no secret that the future will be filled with disruptors and disruptees and so this handbook is the first real playbook that I’ve seen can help companies being disrupted really go on the defense and turn things around so they can start getting on offense. It was a very tall order to come up with a better book than crossing the chasm and I don’t think this is more revolutionary than crossing the chasm but it is very timely and very relevant. It is especially well-suited for large corporations that have fallen out of step with their leader ship positions or with newly large corporations that are mired in the chaos of extremely fast growth. Highly highly recommend it. Just make sure you’re not expecting the width and humor from crossing the casm because that part of Jeffrey Moore sol is definitely lacking in this more reason book.

Crossing the chasm an inside a tornado or Classics
Revisado: 06-09-22
Unbelievable how old and how relevant these books are because if you think of the technology adoption curve and adapt it to other areas, other industries and other products follow the same patterns and just the level mastery the author has on the subject is unbelievable. Can you imagine what a delight it would have been to be in Silicon Valley in a marketing department of some te h company and all of a sudden Geoffrey Moore comes in as a consultant and starts calling the marketing shots —- 8 ball in the corner pocket off a two band ricochet…. Wow…

Now I know why Russel Brunson was geeking out on this book!!!
Revisado: 02-07-22
Some of the examples are a little old but the book is as current as ever. The writing is crisp and witty, very clear and concise. A truly fantastic book for people launching products in the technology world. The author knows this stuff so well, and has so many examples, that he truly conveys the essence of what needs to get done. If you are looking for the Yoda of tech marketing, I believe you’ve come to the right place…

How do Michelin-ranked food stalls in Singapore and the decline of Swiss watches force all luxury brands to rethink their business models? What insights can the world's quietest place and a clothing dye produced by former tobacco farmers reveal about serving enlightened consumers? The answers to these questions may not be all that obvious. And that's exactly the point. For the past eight years, marketing expert and Georgetown University Professor Rohit Bhargava has curated his best-selling list of non-obvious trends.

Great book on trends and trend curation
Revisado: 03-19-19
Even if this book only had the yearly trends he projects, that would be enough to make it a great book. In addition to his now famous yearly trends, the author teaches you how to get on the right side of the trend, and gives you a sort of the secret sauce behind the scenes peak at how he finds and builds these trends and literally teaches you how to curate trends like he does. Reviews of previously identified trends from past editions along with longevity ratings is just the cherry on top. Indispensable resource for marketers, strategists, futurists, and consultants.

Wow! Makes you believe you can change the world!!!
Revisado: 05-10-18
I manage the analytics for a multibillion dollar firm, yet I was blown away by this book... The concepts postulated really allow you to dream about social transformation at a whole other scale. I also think you can apply learnings to any type of company. I am a fan of the creative process, and this book really figures out a formula and a process to enhance and fine tune creativity and idea flow. I can’t wait to analyze all the data mentioned in the different cases, especially the one from the Ivory Coast, which is the data for development project that is intended to transform the entire country. Now that’s transformation on a mass scale. Makes you want to go study a PhD at MIT Media Lab...

Signature Dan Brown! Amazing!
Revisado: 04-20-18
Another amazing story by Dan Brown, cannot wait for the movie on this one. Dan is really reaching a mastery in addressing the fundamental questions of life itself, and balancing and showcasing the implications technology trends with the spiritual trends.
This book really comes back to that religion questioning everything place where the da Vinci code was. However, unlike the da Vinci code that created so much controversy, this book is hopeful and almost syncretic in balancing religion and technology.
