Historia
After watching my mother succumb to a mysterious illness, I promised myself two things. I'd find the cure for what ravaged her and leave the godforsaken city where she abandoned me. Four years later, I received an acceptance letter from Dracadia University, one of the oldest most prestigious schools in the country. Nestled on a secluded island off the coast of Maine, it's rumored to be haunted by the souls of the mental patients exiled there centuries before, those whose bones are said to make up the island's white sandy shores. And restless ghosts aren't even its most daunting peculiarity.

Story line made me tear up!
Revisado: 02-09-25
There could’ve been more smut yes But…………… the story line was well thought out and no relatively big plot holes. I thoroughly enjoyed it 🫡

Odd
Revisado: 12-15-24
I liked it but it just didn’t seem to fit well. It was very odd and seemed to be lacking a full plot

I fell in love with the characters. I also did not expect the twist on the twist at the end!

The male narrator is wonderful!
Revisado: 02-09-24
I enjoy the thought of this book. I enjoy the male narrator but the female sounds like a podcaster and it’s kind of annoying. Her voice doesn’t match with the perceived era of the book. Also the story is nice but not that creative. The smut is what actually earned the stars I gave.

Wonderful smut!
Revisado: 02-02-24
Not going to lie. The plot was lacking at first. The smut however was not. I came for the smut and stayed for the end. The plot got a bit better at the end. I had to stop what I was doing and question everything!

Historia
The Grand Hotel is a horror novel by esteemed best-selling author Scott Kenemore ( Zombie, Ohio) that takes the reader on a thrilling ride through an interconnected series of stories narrated by the desk clerk and the residents of the hotel itself. And while it is not known whether or not the desk clerk is actually the devil incarnate, it is strange that so many visitors who come for a tour of the hotel have a way of never leaving.

Definitely didn’t expect the twist
Revisado: 08-11-23
I loved the way I got to go on the adventure through the hotel. The ending however was a build up and I was gripping the edge of my seat until it kind of fell off right at the end. I kind of wish there was a little more to the end. Maybe the girl character with a bit more emotion or maybe even some afterlog the started up in her perspective. However still one of the better books I’ve listened too. I enjoyed the narrator’s smooth deep purr of a voice. 🕷️
