The amazing Anna her life and steadfastness, a love story so deep and strange.

I loved the unfolding of the story from so many different aspects, the times it took place in, the war and it's impact, the early story of New York,s gangster years, so rich in detail.

What made the experience of listening to Midnight in Europe the most enjoyable?
The narrator had just the right speech pattern to tell the story so that it sounded as though one was right there whether in Paris or Spain.
