Historia
Jenna McNally is tending to the heartrending task of clearing out her grandfather's cabin when she's knocked off her feet by the impact of a nearby plane crash. She races into the snowy North Carolina woods to help and discovers that this is no plane that's crashed. Ra'kur's people have been brought to the brink of extinction by war. After years spent searching for a compatible mate to bond with, an enemy attack lands him on a backward, primitive planet and right to the very female he has been seeking.

Historia
Welcome to Rabbit Creek.... City girl Elizabeth Reynolds hopes to find peace and contentment in the small Appalachian town of Rabbit Creek. Okay, so the bucolic cottage she's rented turns out to be a dilapidated cabin without phone service, but the people she meets are wonderful. Friendly and down to earth, they welcome her with open arms. It's just like moving to Mayberry...if Andy and Aunt Bea were wolves. Only an outsider would call them werewolves.

I should have listened to the earlier reviewers!
Revisado: 03-02-15
I thought I could listen past the narrators perky and nasal like voice...was I ever wrong! Intonation in the wrong place and mispronounced words, because its "wolf" not "woof", every other sentence just really put a damper on what might have been a good story. Other then the narrator, the only problem I had with this book was how the heroin was so indecisive. Her constant I will do it - I can't do it attitude almost made her seem like two different people. The story isn't bad, but I think it could stand a good flushing out.

so disappointed!
Revisado: 01-29-15
I love listening to Justine Eyre, but I just couldn't get through this book! I think my biggest problems were with the simplemindedness of the heroine and the fact that every time the hero wanted to embrace the heroine, he went and had a liaison with a different women! what happened to self restraint!? I did want to know what happened on the end though, so I skipped to the final chapters and what do I find but a cliffhanger! No, just no. In my personal opinion I think this book is a waste of time unless you like immature, thoughtless heroines and loose hero's who take no real responsibility for their own actions and have no problem sleeping with one woman while wanting another.

highly disappointed!
Revisado: 01-10-15
as much as I enjoy this authors books, I couldn't even finish this one! with the ridiculous amount of infidelity in the book, and the constant misunderstandings and unnecessary lack of communication, this book frustrated me to no end!
