Great narrative

It was a great narrative, I only wish that a true males voice that been used for Andrew. The story, about Baily or Mikey (same dog) showed the dog's resilience of his two owners and his love for both. April was a disaster and I'm glad that she was put in her place.

This was a good book with some interesting moments. Although Matt Stanley did a good job narrating but would have been better to have a female voice for Tona and Lisa.

Happy Family

After losing his wife Reese was closed and felt he would never love or marry again. Riley, his daughter, had a different view. She wanted a baby sister but told Santa she would take a brother if that was all he had. Reese didn’t want Riley to grow up as an only child so he thought about asking Ava to be a surrogate but realized she wouldn’t want to hand her baby over and not be a part of its life. Solution: Get her pregnant but not love or marry her. Too bad he wasn’t in control of that. He and Ava got married and if took 6 months before she conceived. When Christmas came Riley was opening her gifts that had a couple of clues: a pink shirt that said Big Sister and a blue shirt that said Little Brother.

Clarice and Rik

The narrator was great and I loved the storyline. The ending, although great, didn’t go into much detail. My takeaway was that Rik signed over the business to his grandmother because he wouldn’t marry who she had selected. Not sure if his wealth went with it or if he would have stocks/shares since he got Clarice a smaller ring. But the fact that he bought land for everyone in NJ was a good start. Will he now have to look for work?

Vera and Demetri- No longer temporary

Loved the book. The narrator was great but of course it would have been better if a male had done the male speaking parts. Demetri lost his wife Tonya and never thought he’d love again but he fell in love with Vera and Lily. Even his brothers loved them. He realized after their night together what Vera was thinking and had to find her and let her know his feelings.

The Doctor’s Temptation

Books concept was interesting but kind of cheesy. Do doctors really have sex in the patient’s hospital room and (1) just met her and (2) doesn’t use a condom?
It’s noble that he didn’t get upset about her getting pregnant since neither of them thought about asking if she was on birth control, if they were each clean, etc.
When they got to the hospital and the nurse asked him to complete paperwork for his wife, he reminded the nurse it was his fiancée. What the heck!

Veronica and Fred were great narrators. The storyline, Gwen and Eli were great characters and it felt like I was right there in their story.

Wonderful book

Great storyline! Chloe and Findwick were meant to be. I can’t imagine time traveling to meet your mate although that wasn’t his original reason. The epilogue told the whole story and it was interesting that Rafe was still single and very bitter. Clementine did a superb job on this book!

Love where you least expect it

Daphne Young did an excellent performance of this book.
Although growing up in an atmosphere similar to that between Courtney and her sister it was great to realize that Clint liked/loved Courtney for who she was. It seemed as though the ugly duckling had grown into a beautiful swan.
